If you’re looking for a luxurious escape in a Polynesian paradise still within the most magical place on earth, then you’re going to want to set your sights on the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!

We have been looking forward to this new extension of one of our favorite resorts for a while now, and with reservations available to be booked for all guests, the excitement is even more real! But how much are we looking at price-wise when booking a stay at The Island Tower? We have all the need-to-know info just for you!

The Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is set to open in December 2024. The 10-story tower will offer views of the Seven Seas Lagoon, and combines modern amenities and Polynesian-inspired design. The tower will be just a stroll away from the Disney Monorail, providing convenient access to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.

The room sizes include studios that sleep two, all the way up to two-bedroom penthouse villas. Room rates range significantly based on the room desired as well as peak seasons. Currently, for the opening of The Island Tower on December 17th, the rate for the Standard-View Studio, which features a queen-size pull-down bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator, and a porch or balcony, starts at $826 a night. It is suitable for accommodating 2 people.

A Deluxe Studio begins at $1,101 and includes 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen-Size Pull-Down Bed, 1 full bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, a small refrigerator, a small dishwasher, and a porch or balcony. This room accommodates 4 people.

A 1 Bedroom Villa includes a king bed, a queen-size pull-down bed, and a single pull-down bed. It also features 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, and a private deck. Rates for this room selection start at $1,596 and it sleeps up to 5.

A 2 Bedroom Penthouse features 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Queen-Size Pull-Down Bed. It also includes 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, and an extra-large private deck. The rate for this room starts at $5,016 and sleeps up to 9 people.
