Have you ever dreamed of living at Disney World?

We will take a room in the Castle, please!

Well, for some people, that dream is a reality at Disney World’s private neighborhood, Golden Oak. Now, that spot, which is owned by Four Seasons, is expanding its development! According to the Four Seasons, the Golden Oak homes feature “exceptional service and unparalleled resort-style living.” These homes are known for having Disney touches like a Tower of Terror-themed elevator in one and a Millennium Falcon-inspired home theater in another!

The original Golden Oak neighborhood started building in 2010, and now, even more new homes are being added to a new Private Residences development!

The new development will feature 40 homes, 31 units in a mid-rise tower, and nine attached boutique homes. Sales are expected to begin in late 2024 and will be offered exclusively by Golden Oak Realty. Construction has already started on the residential tower and the boutique homes! They are expected to be completed in early 2026.

The same firm that designed the Four Seasons Orlando Resort (HKS) designed the new mid-rise tower, which will have a similar design to the resort’s Spanish Revival style. Each unit will have an open floor plan, premium fixtures, and floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a private veranda. A variety of floor plans will be available, including one-story floor plans that feature three to four bedrooms and two-story, four-bedroom penthouses.

The boutique homes, which are nine attached units grouped into four buildings connected by breezeways, were designed by Cooper Cary and will be built in the French Moderne architectural style. Four different floor plans featuring four to five bedrooms will be available. Each home will have a covered patio, pool, and even an outdoor kitchen! Those living here will be able to access all the amenities that will be offered at the residential tower.

The best part? The Golden Oak neighborhood is about four miles away from Magic Kingdom, allowing residents to live close to the magic of Disney World! Those residing in Golden Oak can experience Disney services and amenities through the Golden Oak Club, which “offers access to enriching events, select concierge-style services, a private clubhouse with dining options, fitness center, pool, Walt Disney World Resort theme park transportation services, premiere Disney-designed experiences and more.”

When sales start, only a limited number of units, boutique homes, and houses will be available.
