Wagyu for Happy Hour?!
Recently, we took to our Facebook page to ask our readers about their favorite happy hours at Disney Springs, specifically “Tell us which restaurant has your favorite drink or food specials, what you always order, and whether the deal is actually good enough to plan part of your Disney Springs day around it.”
Reader Heather was one of several to bring up Jaleo, and they specifically cited, “sangria plus croquettes and pan de tomate!” We’d have to agree with that sentiment, as this offering is one of our favorites as well. Available from 11:30 AM to 5 PM at the bar, we’re a big fan of the deals here, including the Patatas Bravas for $5, which is a major win compared to the usual full-menu price. Overall, this happy hour feels fancy without requiring you to commit to a full Jaleo meal. Instead, you can sample the vibe, enjoy a really good snack paired with sangria without a major time or financial commitment.

Several other readers, including Dawn, Heid, and Haley, eagerly mentioned STK Steakhouse. The restaurant’s happy hours — offered Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Thursday through Sunday 10 PM to close — offer specialty cocktails, select wine, and food for $3, $6, and $9.

One of our favorite happy hour offerings at STK is the $9 AF Wagyu Taco. Given that STK is one of the pricier options in the complex, this is definitely a major deal to seek out.

Reader Justin singled out Summer House on the Lake’s Triple B Special, which offers a local draft beer of your choice, a Wagyu cheeseburger, AND a brownie for just $12!
The special is available during Summer House on the Lake’s Martini Hour, which is offered from 3 PM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Other happy hour options include specialty martinis for $10 each, Summer House Tostadas for $6, and Bottomless Truffle Fries (for groups up to four people) for $10.
