The 2026 “Deathly Afraid” necklace for guests who want a less intense Halloween Horror Nights is now available at Universal Studios Florida.
Deathly Afraid Necklace – $20

Introduced last year, guests can wear one of these light-up necklaces to signal they don’t want to be scared in common areas like scare zones. The necklace does not guarantee a scare-free experience and cannot be activated inside haunted houses.

The strap is black with red stars and “Halloween Horror Nights.” “Deathly Afraid” is in red on a black piece.

The light-up piece is a transparent circle with “Never Go Alone 35th Anniversary.”

When activated, the transparent element lights up red.
Find the necklace at Five & Dime or the HHN Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida.
Halloween Horror Nights 35 is select nights August 28 through November 1, 2026. Stay tuned for our coverage of the event.
