Cheers, friends! It’s time for some Shimmering Sips at the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival!

Shimmering Sips 2026

The Shimmering Sips Festival Marketplace is a personal favorite of mine amongst all of the Festival Marketplaces. After all, it’s home to the Festival’s Mimosa Flight! If the Strawberry Champagne Trifle is as sugary as last year’s recipe, this is most likely a skip unless you really have a sweet tooth. So as we bring you our reviews of every Food Booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, we hope you’ll join us for some bubbly at Shimmering Sips!

Menu

The Shimmering Sips menu showcases all returning items this year. As you’ve already surmised, we’re pretty big fans of the Mimosa Flight, which features three beverages: Berry, Blood Orange, and Tropical.

Oh, one more thing… if you plan to participate in the Festival’s Cheese Crawl, Emile’s Fromage MontageShimmering Sips is the spot where you’ll pick up your completer prize!

Now let’s get to the sweets and sips.

Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s actually try the treats and drinks!

Eats

In 2025, we sampled the Strawberry Champagne TrifleThis plant-based treat costs $5.79. In 2025, this dessert was VERY sugary and somewhat overly sweet. This year, we were all about it! It was such a fun dessert — creamy, uniquely cool (not quite like ice cream), and not like anything you can get at most places. This dessert really stood out this year. The champagne’s texture was like a thick, sparkly liquid with a cooling effect that had its own effervescence. Creamy with lots of fresh strawberries and an added crunch on top, it’s easy to admit that this was such a well-balanced dessert. This was one of our favorite plant-based offerings anywhere at EPCOT during the festival!

As we previously mentioned, you can get Emile’s Fromage Montage Completer Prize here once you complete the Festival’s Cheese Crawl. This dessert is a mix of key lime DOLE Whip with cheesecake soft serve, and this rocks! We’re kind of bummed you can only get it as a completer prize, to be honest. These two flavors combined work so unbelievably well, masking each other’s flaws while highlighting their strengths.

The tartness and sweetness create a really pleasant symphony, and it makes the Cheese Crawl even more worth it.

Drinks

Did we mention the returning Mimosa Flight a few times already? Well, you’re about to see why it typically earns a spot on our Best of the Fest list. The trio of sparkling drinks boasts a Berry Mimosa, a Blood Orange Mimosa, and a Tropical Mimosa. The Flight costs $15.00, or you can choose any individual Mimosa for $7.75.

Mimosa Flight

The Berry Mimosa features La Gioiosa Berry Fizz and white cranberry juice. This mimosa was the best-balanced of the three, offering a bit more subtlety when it comes to tartness and sweetness. There are bold berry flavors with this one.

Berry Mimosa

The Blood Orange Mimosa is made with sparkling wine and blood orange juice. This mimosa is on the tart side, but it has bright acidic flavors and great citrus tones that we really enjoyed.

Blood Orange Mimosa

And finally, the Tropical Mimosa features sparkling wine and Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice. Yep, that’s POG JUICE and WINE! This really leans into the tropical sweetness aspect, and it’s super delicious.

Tropical Mimosa

All three of these mimosas were awesome! They perfectly balanced the juice and champagne, and it’s really cool that the cups this year are like little souvenirs.

OVERALL

Shimmering Sips is usually great, and this year is no different. This is the booth to go to if you are looking for a fun twist on a classic mimosa. The flight is a great option for those looking for a familiar type of alcoholic drink at the festival, and if you love mimosas, this will be a home run for you. The Strawberry Champagne Trifle really stepped up this year, and the drinks were fantastic. We’re happy to report that Shimmering Sips is 100% worth a visit!
