Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant invited WDWNT to their 14th annual Great Irish Hooley for an exclusive media preview of their Halloween/Samhain menu and merchandise, coming soon to Disney Springs.
As part of this preview, we were also able to see the new brunch menu items that are also coming soon. Names and prices for the items, as well as the official release date, have not been announced yet.
Raglan Road Brunch Menu Preview
The new brunch menu was set up on a table decorated with red and white fabric, fall bouquets, miniature pumpkins, and a picture frame containing a description of the food items coming soon.
The new brunch menu items are:
- Crispy potato and onion hash-stack layered with guacamole, jalapeño relish, chili crunch and herb oil, topped with a fried egg.
- Baked eggs in a rich tomato sauce with chorizo, spice sausage, spinach, and confit tomatoes, served with crispy skin-on potatoes.
- Crispy buttermilk fried chicken on potato focaccia with caramelized onions, arugula pesto, and carbonara butter, topped with a fried egg and Brunson bacon.
The three dishes were displayed on white plates and in cast iron skillets for the preview.
