Universal Orlando Resort’s clearance shop exclusive to Annual Passholders and team members has moved from the Brown Derby Hat Shop to the former Fast & Furious: Supercharged gift shop.

Universal Passholder & Employee Discount Shop

The Brown Derby Hat Shop has hosted discounted merchandise on and off for a few years. In 2025, the discount store was temporarily moved to a Tribute Store location. Now passholders and team members can purchase discounted merchandise at Custom Gear in the San Francisco section of Universal Studios Florida.

This is a much bigger space than the Brown Derby Hat Shop, so can display a lot more merchandise at once. One room was full of merchandise from Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe.

Everything is 70% off and some signs showcase the exact discount for ticketed prices from 99 cents to $99.99.

We also spotted some generic Epic Universe items and Universal Monsters plush. Some Fast & Furious: Supercharged merchandise wasn’t removed after the ride closed and is now available at a big discount.

The collection based on Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds is now available in the discount shop. There’s also Felix the Cat items.

Some Wicked items are on one wall. Harry Potter merch includes items from Epic Universe.

Team members told us they get new shipments every morning.

At the Brown Derby, a sign lets guests know the shop has moved to Custom Gear.
