Alice is hosting an impromptu meet and greet inside the Drawn to Wonderland playground in The Magic of Disney Animation at Hollywood Studios.
Alice Meet and Greet
Little ones can play at a new indoor playground inspired by Mary Blair’s Alice in Wonderland artwork as part of The Magic of Disney Animation at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Guests who are enjoying the playground may also run into different characters. We saw Alice this morning, September 11, during a soft open of The Magic of Disney Animation.
Disney has shared that guest feedback regarding roaming characters over the summer has been very positive, and the characters we have seen out and about this morning appear to be a direct response to that.
Jiminy Cricket, Pluto, and The White Rabbit are outside in Animation Courtyard today.
Over the summer, we saw Mulan, Stitch, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and more outside roaming around. They now have designated spots inside. “Off the Page!” is a new meet-and-greet experience, and each space represents a different stage of the animation process.
Here is the list of characters guests will be able to meet:
- Mulan in Story
- Rapunzel in Layout
- Chip n’ Dale in Hand-Drawn Animation
- Donald and Daisy in CG Animation
- Goofy in Lighting
- Stitch in Effects
