A carved “Tropical Americas” marquee sign is now visible on one of the entrance columns at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

The signage is visible from the side entrance of the land, near Expedition Everest. It’s designed to look like an old, cracked stone tablet.

This sign is the first of any marquee/signage for the land. Theming has just begun to ramp up in the last few weeks, with the mesh mountains and rockwork progressing since last month.

The former DinoLand U.S.A. continues to transform into Pueblo Esperanza, the fictional village that will anchor Tropical Americas when the land opens in 2027.
