DeLand police have served a search warrant in connection with a double homicide earlier this week.

According to the police department, the warrant was served around 10:30 p.m. Saturday on Loughton Street with assistance from the Volusia Sheriff’s Office SWAT team and the FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force.

On Thursday, police said two teens were killed on a vacant industrial property near the historic Athens Theatre. That’s about three miles from where police say they served the search warrant on Saturday.

The victims were identified as 19-year-old Dustin Rose and 18-year-old Samson Campbell.

Police have not provided the name of a suspect.

A family member of Samson released a GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses, as well as Dustin’s family and friends.
