Walt Disney World will mark its official 55th anniversary on Thursday, October 1st, with “brief remarks” from its president. Joe Schott, President of Walt Disney World, will speak at 8:50 am at Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. We don’t expect a ceremony, show, or other big moment to go along with the remarks.
