Deputies are investigating the death of a father and his teenage children at a home in the Hunter’s Creek area of Orange County.

The bodies were discovered on Wednesday at a home on Courtney Chase Circle, between Town Center Boulevard and State Road 417.

Deputies were performing a well-being check when they discovered Carlo Montiel Infantino and Melanie Montiel Infantino, both 17, in the living room. Both had been stabbed several times.

Ivan Montiel Roa, their father, was found dead in a bathroom.

Detectives believe Montiel Roa killed the twins and then committed suicide, but they haven’t said why.
