Deputies are investigating a shooting that killed a man in the Pine Hills area of Orange County.

The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. on Monday.

Deputies found a man in his 30s who had been shot along Westbury Drive, just off Silver Star Road, west of Pine Hills Road. This is not far from Evans High School.

The man was taken to an area hospital, where he died.
