The Killer Klowns From Outer Space are back on Earth at Halloween Horror Nights 2026 in Universal Studios Hollywood. This house debuted for HHN 2019, then first returned in 2022.

In this haunted house based on Killer Klowns from Outer Space, try not to become the cotton candy-covered snack of some seriously unfriendly visitors from worlds unknown.
The house experience is approximately the same as the previous two years. The facade is a yellow and red circus tent. Farmer Gene Green appears to one side, recreating a scene from the movie when he gets electrocuted.
Guests enter the Klown Ship tent and Killer Klowns begin attacking. UV lighting is used inside this house to highlight the bright colors of the Killer Klowns and sets.
In the cotton candy cocoon room, Chubby drinks blood from one cocoon using a bendy straw. The smell of cotton candy is pumped into this space. Guests have to push through cocoons and past clowns to escape.
In an alley, Slim performs his hand puppet show before lunging at guests.
Guests arrive at Debbie’s house, dodging Chubby with a popcorn gun. Inside, Debbie can be heard trapped inside a balloon. Chubby reappears, along with some other clowns, holding a pile of pizza boxes at the front door. Shorty pops out of the boxes with his cotton candy gun.
In the bathroom, amid a popcorn smell, popcorn clowns pop out of various hiding spots.
As guests head to the Crescent Cove Police Station, they can hear a clown mimicking Mike’s voice to trick Debbie. Inside the station, Jumbo is puppeting the body of Officer Mooney.
Now it’s time to head to the carnival. Clowns loom out of the darkness as guests enter the Crazy House funhouse. As guests move through colorful and disorienting halls, various clowns attack, including Spikey with a popcorn cannon.
Entering a pitch dark hallway, guests encounter more clowns and then Klownzilla’s head swinging towards them. Just before guests exit, Slim careens towards them on his invisible clown car.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a 1988 sci-fi horror comedy B-movie. It has been featured at Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood several times over the past decade in houses, scare zones, and other entertainment.
