This is the final weekend to visit Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon before the water park’s upcoming seasonal closure.
Typhoon Lagoon Seasonal Closure
Typhoon Lagoon will temporarily close for the season on Wednesday, September 9, with no reopening date announced as of yet. Earlier this year, Typhoon Lagoon began operating again on May 12.
These seasonal closures allow the water parks to get refurbished and maintained during the slower season.
The hours of operation for Typhoon Lagoon’s final days are:
- Friday, September 4: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 5: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (H20 Glow After Hours: 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- Sunday, September 6: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Monday, September 7: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 8: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Disney’s other water park, Blizzard Beach, will remain open.
As a reminder, resort hotel guests have until September 8 to receive free water park admission on check-in day.
