Before you know it, we’ll be saying goodbye to Halloween and hello to the holidays in Disney World. That means we’ll be ready to eat and drink everything at the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays and dance in the snope at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
The holiday season also brings a special, EXCLUSIVE event to Disney World…and it’s all about Santa. So if you want to have dinner with Santa at The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, you’ll need to know this: reservations open tomorrow!
That’s right! If you want to attend this very special exclusive event in Disney World, you can make reservations tomorrow, September 15th at 10 AM EST. The dinner is happening on select evenings in November and December, and this year’s dates for Dinner with Santa are:
- November 24th
- December 1st
- December 8th
- December 15th
The event includes a festive dining experience filled with bubbly cocktails and champagne, hors d’oeuvres, a three-course dinner, dessert, and a gift to take home. Of course, you’ll also get a visit with Santa, as well as a family photo with the Jolly Old Elf.
Now, you already know the food is going to be good…we’ve been to The Cake Bake Shop MANY times, and we’re pretty big fans of the restaurant. It’s especially nice for special occasions, and what’s more special than having a holiday meal with the family AND Santa?
So this is basically like a VIP visit with Santa that comes with a gorgeous atmosphere (if you’ve been inside The Cake Bake Shop, you know what we’re talking about), great food, and quality time with the Big Man himself. You can make reservations tomorrow on The Cake Bake Shop website, and we have a feeling you’ll want to make them fast, as tables are probably going to fill up quickly.
We’ll keep an eye out for more goings-on in Disney World during the holiday season, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
