The absolute best news has hit Disney World today, and we truly couldn’t be more excited. It involves a new restaurant and hand pies, so we couldn’t ask for more.

Gideon’s Bakehouse has opened a new restaurant in Disney Springs called Six Ravens, and it has officially opened to the public. While hours might be a bit finicky till they have their grand opening, we’re checking out the space and trying some new food, so come with us to see if you should add Six Ravens to your “must try” list in Disney World.
Before we even got to Six Ravens, there was a line at security at Disney Springs to get in. We’re pretty used to seeing these massive crowds for new merchandise releases, but this was for the restaurant. It seems like we aren’t the only ones super excited for a new Gideon’s spin-off. On their Instagram page, they also warned that if the line gets excessively long at their restaurant, they will use a Virtual Queue system so guests do not have to wait in a physical line but receive a notification when they’re able to return.

We also got a look at the menu! While the menu has been available online for a bit (and we have been obsessed with every part), we got ot grab a physical menu. Gideon’s Bakehouse has monthly menu cards with different designs on the front, so we were happy to get a cool physical menu as a keepsake.

Six Ravens
It’s a grab-and-go restaurant, so you’ll order inside and then grab your coffees and head outside to find seating somewhere else. It was recommended on their Instagram that the coffyns are best enjoyed hot, so they also placed a limit of two coffyns per paying customer.

You’ll also be able to mix and match sauces, but they recommend sticking with the original offered sauces in the beginning since the staff has worked so hard to pair them together.

It’s all very dark inside, so it might take your eyes a minute to adjust to the light. We’re already excited to go again to see if we can spot some hidden details.
