A new shade canopy has been added to Waterview Park in Disney Springs. It’s currently under refurbishment.

During our visit, we noticed that one beige canopy has been installed on top of the arched dark brown wooden pillars. It appears that four more still need to be put up.

Mint and white walls are still placed around the area to keep guests out.

Guests can see some of the refurbishment area featuring various construction equipment.

Back in May, Disney closed the area so this could be added. The refurbishment was originally supposed to take about a month, but it is still currently closed.

Waterview Park at Disney Springs is located between Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar and The Boathouse in The Landing. The area is used for performances and guest seating.

During this time, performers can be found in Riverboat Square, in front of Paddlefish.
