Hollywood Studios closes to regular guests at 5:00pm today for a private corporate event, and the park takes on a different look once day guests head out. We got a look at the event maps for tonight’s party, which have info on character meet-and-greets, live music, and catering stations in every land. A couple of the characters on the list don’t have regular meet-and-greets anywhere in the park. Event guests also have most of the headline attractions to themselves.

Gartner Buyout at Hollywood Studios: Event Map Sneak Peek

Tonight’s early closure comes from a private event tied to Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026, which we covered in our look at next week’s early closures and late openings. Gartner’s attendee page lists the party from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Day guests still had access to the park this morning, with Early Theme Park Entry at 8:30am and regular opening at 9:00am. Details of private events rarely show up beyond a hint on the park hours calendar, so the maps offer a rare look inside at what attendees can expect tonight.

Gartner says it has “reserved the entire park” for attendees to enjoy food, drinks, and top attractions. Every guest must be 21 or older and carry both a conference badge and photo ID. Full Pass attendees can bring one guest for $350.

Sunset Boulevard leans into villains for the night. Cruella de Vil appears at 8:00pm, 9:00pm and 10:00pm, and Maleficent follows at 8:30pm, 9:30pm and 10:30pm, both near The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Over in Echo Lake, Darth Vader greets guests near Star Tours from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Chip ‘n’ Dale keep the same hours on the other side of the lake.

That is a deep lineup for a three-hour party. Several stops on the maps start at 7:00pm, an hour before Gartner’s listed start time. Most stay open for the full evening rather than a single short set.

Sunset Boulevard gets the most atmosphere. Rachel and the Alley Cats perform at 8:00pm, 9:00pm and 10:00pm, and a Haunted Violinist appears near Tower of Terror at 8:30pm, 9:30pm and 10:30pm. Hollywood Tower Hotel residents and the Hollywood Citizens also appear along the street. In Toy Story Land, the Green Army Drum Corps marches at 7:30pm, 8:30pm, 9:30pm and 10:30pm.

Two of the park’s regular shows make the list. The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular has a single 9:30pm performance, and Wonderful World of Animation closes the night at 11:00pm. Fantasmic does not appear on the maps, even though its amphitheater shows up in the Sunset Boulevard artwork. Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage is also absent.

Many of the park’s quick-service locations are listed as being open for attendees.

Gartner says specialty meals are available at the park’s standalone restaurants. Every buffet station and restaurant also offers options for gluten-free guests and the nine major food allergens.

Shops stay open too, including Crossroads, Mickey’s of Hollywood, Tatooine Traders, Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities and Tower Hotel Gifts. Tonight’s party also ends an hour later than the last tie we tracked Gartner’s visit. Back in 2023, Gartner bought out Hollywood Studios for an evening of food, drinks and attractions from 6:45pm to 10:00pm.

Most fans will never attend a corporate buyout, but the format should look familiar. Disney Jollywood Nights brings a ticketed after-hours party back to Hollywood Studios starting November 7th, with its own lineup of shows, characters and holiday treats.
