While not as widespread Friday morning, expect a few downpours and thunderstorms.

Storm chances increase through the early afternoon.

Highs will top out around 90 degrees.

Expect high storm chances to continue through the weekend before a more typical mid-to-late summer weather pattern returns by the middle of next week.
