Truist Bank, which operates multiple locations in both Orlando and across Central Florida, says its banking services have been restored after reported outages and delays.
Our News 6 viewers let us know they were having trouble accessing their accounts, the website, and the app earlier today, so we reached out to find out more.
A Truist spokesperson responded to News 6 over the weekend, saying “We’re currently experiencing delays and outages. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue and restore services.”
On Monday, though, a representative reached out to News 6 to confirm that mobile and online banking services had been restored.
“We know this disruption was frustrating for our clients, and we sincerely apologize,” the representative wrote. “Some services continue to recover, and our teams remain focused on supporting clients and addressing any impacts from this outage.”
