The blockbuster magic of Wicked is spilling off the screen and onto the streets of Universal CityWalk.

Scheduled from noon to 7 p.m. on Oct. 24, Oztacular Spectacular promises a “thrillifying” day of festivities rooted in the beloved blockbuster film franchise.

Guests can look forward to picturesque stained-glass photo opportunities, character appearances and meet-and-greets with Glinda and Elphaba, and special displays featuring costumes and props from the films.

A DJ will spin “Wicked” hits as guests dance on a yellow brick dance floor, while trivia sessions offer the chance to win exclusive giveaways.

Shoppers can also browse the latest “Wicked” merchandise at the Universal Legacy Store.

Traitors-themed bar now open

Fans of the hit reality competition series “The Traitors: New Blood” can explore two distinct bar experiences at Universal’s Great Movie Escape — “The Library” on the first floor and “The Roundtable” on the second floor.

Both spaces feature set elements, props, and costumes worn by host Alan Cumming, along with specialty beverages inspired by the show.

The themed bar is open to the public Wednesdays through Sundays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. No admission is required to access the bar experiences, though separate admission is required to experience Universal’s Great Movie Escape.
